Other Permitted Uses. To the extent permitted under applicable Legal Requirements and under Insurance Requirements, and so long as the same do not detract in any material manner from the Primary Intended Use and do not occupy more than ten percent (10%) of the useable floor area of the building comprising the Facility, such uses as Lessee reasonably determines are appropriate and incidental to the Primary Permitted Use.
Other Permitted Uses. Any use of the WVMLS Data for the purposes set out in Exhibit A – Other Approved Uses, if any, in the ordinary course of the Firm’s real estate brokerage business.

  • All such insurance shall provide for notification to Licensor of not less than thirty (30) days prior to the cancellation or non-renewal of such insurance.

  • Lessee shall continuously operate the Leased Property in accordance with the Primary Intended Use and the Other Permitted Uses and maintain its qualifications for licensure and accreditation as required by all applicable Legal Requirements.

Prohibited Use also includes the use of any part of the Premises for: (i) a restaurant or bar; (ii) the preparation, consumption, storage, manufacture or sale of food or beverages (except in connection with vending machines and/or warming kitchens installed for the use of Tenant's employees only), liquor, tobacco or drugs; (iii) the business of photocopying, multilith or offset printing (except photocopying in connection with Tenant's own business); (iv) a typing or stenography business; (v) a school or classroom; (vi) lodging or sleeping; (vii) the operation of retail facilities (meaning a business whose primary patronage arises from the generalized solicitation of the general public to visit Tenant's offices in person without a prior appointment) of a savings and loan association or retail facilities of any financial, lending, securities brokerage or investment activity; (viii) a payroll office; (ix) a xxxxxx, beauty or manicure shop; (x) an employment agency, executive search firm or similar enterprise; (xi) offices of any Governmental Authority, any foreign government, the United Nations, or any agency or department of the foregoing; (xii) the manufacture, retail sale, storage of merchandise or auction of merchandise, goods or property of any kind to the general public which could reasonably be expected to create a volume of pedestrian traffic substantially in excess of that normally encountered in the Premises; (xiii) the rendering of medical, dental or other therapeutic or diagnostic services; (xiv) a discount drug store or discount clothing store or a "fast food" restaurant; or (xv) any illegal purposes or any activity constituting a nuisance.

  • Public Improvements means only the following improvements: housing facilities; garbage disposal plants; rubbish disposal plants; incinerators; transportation systems, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with those systems; sewage disposal systems, including sanitary sewers, combined sanitary and storm sewers, plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, or disposal of sewage or industrial wastes; storm water systems, including storm sewers, plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, or disposal of storm water; water supply systems, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with obtaining a water supply, the treatment of water, or the distribution of water; utility systems for supplying light, heat, or power, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with those systems; approved cable television systems, approved cable communication systems, or telephone systems, including plants, works,

OS Data means Data (including but not limited to Licensed Data) which OS owns or which OS licenses from a third party (including but not limited to the Crown).

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.
