Employee Assignments. A. All teachers will be given written notice of their salary schedule and building assignment for the forthcoming year as soon as possible after budget enactment. All teachers will be given notice of their class and/or subject assignments, responsibility assignments and room assignments for the forthcoming year and not later than July 31. In the event that changes in such schedules, class and/or subject assignments, responsibility assignments or room assignments are proposed after the above dates, all affected teachers will be notified promptly in writing and, upon request of the employee, the changes will be promptly reviewed between the Superintendent or the Superintendent's representative and the teacher.
Employee Assignments. 1. Employees will be notified of their job assignments by June 1 except in the case of unusual circumstances.

All current and former officers or employees of ARIAD US or any of its Affiliates who are inventors of or have otherwise contributed in a material manner to the creation or development of any Patents or Know-How have (i) executed and delivered to ARIAD US or any such Affiliate an assignment or other agreement regarding the protection of proprietary information and the assignment to ARIAD US or any such Affiliate of any such Patents or Know How; and (ii) to ARIAD US’s Knowledge, no current officer or employee of ARIAD US or any of its Affiliates is in violation of any term of any assignment or other agreement regarding the protection of Patents or Know-How or of any employment contract or any other contractual obligation relating to the relationship of any such Person with ARIAD US or any such Affiliate. ARIAD SWISSCO has no obligation to contribute to any remuneration of any inventor employed or previously employed by ARIAD US or any of its Affiliates in respect of any such Patents and Know-How and discoveries and intellectual property rights therein that are so assigned to ARIAD US or its Affiliate(s).
Employee Assignments. Employees who are required by Management to work overtime will be compensated in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Employee Assignments. 6.4.1 The District recognizes that its obligation is the needs and interests of students. However, the District also recognizes it is desirable to consider the interests and aspirations of its employees in the selection and assignment process as well. All employees shall be assigned on the basis of their professional qualifications and certification(s) in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington and regulations of the Department of Public Instruction. It is recognized that music, PE and library specialists provide unique instruction that is in addition to core classes, and every possible attempt will be made to fill those positions with qualified specialists.

LTC and GAIA each represent that with respect to each of its employees and agents who are or may be engaged in work under the Plan, it will use its reasonable best efforts to obtain (a) an agreement to disclose and assign to the Party that has employed or engaged such person, or its nominee or nominees, all inventions made by such employee or agent during the course of his employment or association with the Party and (b) execution, acknowledgement, and delivery by such employee or agent of all papers, including applications for patents, that may be necessary to obtain patents for said inventions in any and all countries and to vest title thereto in the Party (and an agreement by such employee or agent to do all acts possible to assist the Party in establishing and enforcing its aforementioned rights to such inventions).
Employee Assignments. Employees shall be given two (2) weeks notice to the start of the new work year with the first day and time to report to work if their assignment has changed from the previous year. During the first week in which an employee returns to work, a schedule shall be presented to the employee specifying the building assignment, number of days to be worked, holidays, vacation days, hourly rate, and calendar of pay periods.

Employees shall be notified in writing of any change in their tentative assignments for the ensuing school year, including schools to which they will be assigned, and the grade and/or subject they will teach, and any special or unusual course that they will have as soon as practicable, and under normal circumstances no later than June 1. If circumstances prohibit identifying the assignment, the employee shall be notified verbally or in writing explaining the reasons by May 15. D-12.2 In the case of employees employed prior to July 31, the original building assignment shall be made by the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources as soon after initial appointment as practicable.
