Notice of Technological Change. (a) For the purpose of technological change, the Employer agrees to provide the Union with as much notice as possible, but in any event not less than sixty (60) days notice of a technological change.

Notice of Technological Change. The Employer will provide the Union with as much notice as possible of intention to introduce automation, equipment or changes in administrative procedures which might result in the reduction of personnel and/or changes in job duties sufficient to change the classification of positions.
