Daily Turnaround. (i) There shall be a ten (10) hour rest period between the end of one shift and the next call. If such rest period is encroached, the Employee shall be paid for the encroached time at the same rate such Employee was receiving at the end of the Employee’s preceding shift, but in no event less than one and one-half times (1.5x) the Employee’s straight time contracted hourly rate. In no event shall such rate be in excess of three times (3x) such Employee’s straight time contracted hourly rate.

Daily Turnaround. 17.1 An Employee shall be entitled to a nine (9) hour rest period between the end of a work day and the start of the next, and whenever practicable, such rest period must be given. Weekly Turnaround

  • Turnaround There shall be a 10 hour rest period between the termination of work on one call and the commencement of work on the next call (see paragraph (f) below for specific rules) and a fifty-four (54) consecutive hour break for a five day week, and a thirty-four (34) consecutive hour break for a six day week.

  • Turnaround Time The number of hours between scheduled shifts shall not be less than seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours. Violations shall be compensated at the rate of time and one-half for all hours worked on the shift following the hours of rest.

  • Line Outage Costs Notwithstanding anything in the NYISO OATT to the contrary, the Connecting Transmission Owner may propose to recover line outage costs associated with the installation of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades on a case-by-case basis.

  • Calibration The comparison of a measurement system or device of unverified accuracy with a measurement system of known and greater accuracy to detect deviation of the unverified measurement system from required performance specifications (of the unverified measurement system or device) and to quantify all measured values to applicable units of the international system of units.

  • Downtime Each of Zero Hash and ZHLS uses commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Services in a reliable and secure manner. From time to time, interruptions, errors, delays, or other deficiencies in providing the Services may occur due to a variety of factors, some of which are outside of Zero Hash’s and/or ZHLS’ control, and some which may require or result in scheduled maintenance or unscheduled downtime of the Services (collectively, “Downtime”). You understand and acknowledge that part or all of the Services may be unavailable during any such period of Downtime, and you acknowledge that Zero Hash and ZHLS are not liable or responsible to you for any inconvenience or losses to you as a result of Downtime. Following Downtime, you further understand and acknowledge that the prevailing market prices of cryptocurrency may differ significantly from the prices prior to such Downtime.

  • Compressed Work Week The Company and Union recognize the concept of the compressed work week. It is further understood that the compressed work week conditions will apply only to those departments that are on the compressed work week.

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.
