NON-DISCRIMINATION AND AFFIRMATIVE ACTION. Section One. The parties herein agree that neither shall discriminate against any employee on the basis of race, color, religious creed, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, marital status, mental retardation or physical disability including, but not limited to, blindness, or lawful political activity.

In connection with the furnishing of equipment, supplies, and/or services under the contract, the contractor and all subcontractors shall agree not to discriminate against recipients of services or employees or applicants for employment on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, or veteran status unless otherwise provided by law. CONTRACTOR shall comply with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 151B and all other applicable anti-discrimination and equal opportunity laws.

The Sub-Awardee agrees that they will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment in connection with the performance of this Agreement because of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, or physical handicap; and shall take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, religion, color, age, national origin, sex, or physical handicap.
