Network Resource definition

Network Resource means any designated generating resource owned, purchased, or leased by a Network Customer under the Network Integration Transmission Service Tariff. Network Resources do not include any resource, or any portion thereof, that is committed for sale to third parties or otherwise cannot be called upon to meet the Network Customer’s Network Load on a non-interruptible basis, except for purposes of fulfilling obligations under a reserve sharing program.
Network Resource shall have the meaning as provided in the NYISO OATT, for such resources located in New York, and the meaning as provided in the PJM OATT, for such resources located in PJM.
Network Resource is defined in the Tariff.

Examples of Network Resource in a sentence

  • EPE’s obligation to accept and pay for any Product is subject to approval by the Network Service Provider of EPE’s (i) application for designation of the Facility or this Agreement as a Network Resource for EPE’s native load customers; (ii) application for designation of the Facility or this Agreement as a Network Load; each of (i) and (ii) above without conditions materially unsatisfactory to EPE or requirements of material transmission upgrades (collectively, the “NSP Approvals”).

  • Seller must provide to PacifiCorp such other information as PacifiCorp may, from time to time, reasonably request relevant to (a) Seller’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement or the Storage Facility and (b) PacifiCorp’s application to Network Service Provider requesting designation of this Agreement as a Network Resource and Network Load under PacifiCorp’s agreement for Network Integration Transmission Service with Network Service Provider.

  • Network Resource Interconnection Service allows Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility to be designated by any Network Customer under the Tariff on Transmission Provider's Transmission System as a Network Resource, up to the Large Generating Facility's full output, on the same basis as existing Network Resources interconnected to Transmission Provider's Transmission System, and to be studied as a Network Resource on the assumption that such a designation will occur.
