Network Resource definition

Network Resource means any designated generating resource owned, purchased, or leased by a Network Customer under the Network Integration Transmission Service Tariff. Network Resources do not include any resource, or any portion thereof, that is committed for sale to third parties or otherwise cannot be called upon to meet the Network Customer’s Network Load on a non-interruptible basis, except for purposes of fulfilling obligations under a reserve sharing program.
Network Resource shall have the meaning as provided in the NYISO OATT, for such resources located in New York, and the meaning as provided in the PJM OATT, for such resources located in PJM.
Network Resource is defined in the Tariff.

Examples of Network Resource in a sentence

  • To the extent a Network Customer does designate the Generating Facility as a Network Resource, it must do so pursuant to Transmission Provider's Tariff.

  • To the extent Interconnection Customer wants to receive Network Resource Interconnection Service, Transmission Provider shall construct and Interconnection Customer shall pay for the facilities identified in Appendix A (Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades) to this GIA, subject to Articles 5.3.4 and 11.5 of this GIA.

  • Credits shall be determined based upon the subsequent incremental use of the Network Upgrade for such new or increased Network Load or Network Resource.

  • There is no requirement either at the time of study or interconnection, or at any point in the future, that Interconnection Customer's Generating Facility be designated as a Network Resource by a Network Service Customer under the Tariff or that Interconnection Customer identify a specific buyer (or sink).

  • Although Network Resource Interconnection Service does not convey a reservation of transmission service, any Network Customer under the Tariff can utilize its network service under the Tariff to obtain delivery of energy from the interconnected Interconnection Customer's Generating Facility in the same manner as it accesses Network Resources.
