Examples of Broadband in a sentence
The ARPANSA Graduate Broadband encompasses the APS3 to APS5 classifications (ARPANSA Levels 3 to 5).
Subject to subclause (3), an employee participating in the Graduate Program will be engaged: for an AGS employee – at the APS Level 4 classification within the AGS Entry Level Programs Broadband; and for other employees – at the APS Level 4 classification within the AGD Entry Level Programs Broadband, and must undertake a course of training decided by the Secretary.
The AGD Entry Level Programs Broadband structure in Schedule 1 applies to employees, other than AGS employees, participating in the Graduate Program or an Entry Level Program, in accordance with Division 4.4. APS Level 3, 4, 5 and 6 positions designated as Lawyer in AGS are covered by the APS 3–6 Lawyer broadband in Schedule 2.
The AGS Entry Level Programs Broadband structure in Schedule 2 applies to AGS employees participating in the Graduate Program or an Entry Level Program, in accordance with Division 4.4. Where an employee is assigned duties within a broadband, the employee retains a single approved classification within that broadband which reflects the work value of the duties being performed.
On commencement of this Agreement, an employee who is classified as a Graduate APS employee and participating in the 2024 Graduate Program, will be assigned the duties of: for an AGS employee – a position within the AGS Entry Level Programs Broadband at the APS 4 classification, at a salary rate decided by the Secretary; and for other employees – a position within the AGD Entry Level Programs Broadband at the APS 4.1 pay point.
