Neighborhood Assessment definition

Neighborhood Assessment means any Assessment made for those expenses which are incurred primarily for the benefit of all Owner's within a Neighborhood(s), as such primary benefit is determined by the Board of Directors. By way of example only, Neighborhood Assessments shall be levied for expenses relating to unique Neighborhood amenities such as enhanced Lot Maintenance Services. Neighborhood Assessment shall be levied upon all Lots within the applicable Neighborhood at an equal rate, or, if elected by the Board, on the nominal size of the lot frontage as provided for in paragraph 5.6 hereof.

The various Lot Types shall each be deemed a separate Neighborhood, such as by way of example, the Paired Villas shall be a separate Neighborhood, and shall have additional Neighborhood Assessments associated with each Lot Type and Neighborhood.
Neighborhood Assessment means and refer to assessments levied against Lots in a particular Neighborhood benefiting from a service, amenity or improvements provided by the Association.

Examples of Neighborhood Assessment in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Declaration, the Articles or By-Laws to the contrary, prior to the Turnover Date, Declarant shall not be obligated for nor subject to any Regular Assessment or Neighborhood Assessment for any Lot that it may own, nor shall it be responsible for any Special Assessment except those to which Declarant shall consent in writing.

  • Unless the Board otherwise provides, the Base Assessment and any Neighborhood Assessment shall be due and payable in advance on the first day of each fiscal year.

  • Upon the approval of such request by the Board of Directors, the Association shall provide such services and the cost of such services shall be assessed against the Units in that Neighborhood as a Neighborhood Assessment pursuant to this Declaration.

  • All costs associated with maintenance, repair, replacement and insurance of Exclusive Common Areas shall be assessed against the Owners of Units in only those Neighborhoods that are benefited thereby as a Neighborhood Assessment, as defined herein.

  • The Board shall cause a copy of such budget and notice of the amount of the Neighborhood Assessment to be levied on each Unit in the Neighborhood for the coming year to be delivered to each Owner of a Unit in the Neighborhood at least thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the fiscal year.

  • Sixty (60) days after the giving of such notice or sixty (60) days after the Turnover Date, whichever first occurs, each Lot owned and/or controlled by Declarant shall thereafter be assessed at 100% of the Regular and Neighborhood Assessment level established for Lots owned by Regular Members; provided, however, Declarant shall continue to not be responsible for any reserves or for any Special Assessments for compliance, services, fines or improvements not consented to in writing by Declarant.

  • All costs of maintenance pursuant to this paragraph shall be assessed as a Neighborhood Assessment against only those Units within the Neighborhood to which the services are provided.

More Definitions of Neighborhood Assessment

Neighborhood Assessment means an assessment levied by the Board against an Assessable Parcel in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 for the payment of a portion of the Neighborhood Expenses applicable to the Neighborhood in which such Assessable Parcel is located.
Neighborhood Assessment means assessments levied on all Units in a Neighborhood to fund the estimated expenses expected to be incurred by the Association for the primary benefit of Units within such Neighborhood, as more particularly described in Section 4.4 hereof.
Neighborhood Assessment means Assessments for Common Expenses provided for in this Declaration or any Subsequent Amendment (defined below) which shall be used for the benefit of the Owners and occupants of the Units against which the specific Neighborhood Assessment is levied, and to maintain the properties within a specific Neighborhood.

  • Phase I assessment as described in, and meeting the criteria of, (i) Chapter 5 of the FNMA Multifamily Guide or any successor provisions covering the same subject matter in the case of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is multifamily property or (ii) the American Society for Testing and Materials in the case of Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is not multifamily property.

  • Comprehensive assessment means the gathering of relevant social, psychological, medical and level of care information by the case manager and is used as a basis for the development of the consumer service plan.
