Neighborhood Assessments definition

Neighborhood Assessments means assessments levied against the Units in one or more particular Neighborhoods to fund Neighborhood Expenses, as more particularly described in this Declaration.
Neighborhood Assessments means assessments levied against the Lots and Dwelling Units in a particular Neighborhood or Neighborhoods to fund Neighborhood Expenses, as more particularly described in Sections 1 and 3 of Article X of these Amended and Restated Covenants.
Neighborhood Assessments means assessments levied against the Units in a particular Neighborhood or Neighborhoods to fund Neighborhood Expenses, as described in Article VII, Section 4.

Examples of Neighborhood Assessments in a sentence

  • If the Board determines that Regular Assessments or Neighborhood Assessments for the then current year are or will become inadequate to meet Common Expenses for any reason, it shall determine the estimated amount of such inadequacy and levy a Special Assessment against each Lot and Owner responsible for such Assessment.

  • Regular Assessments and Neighborhood Assessments shall commence as to all Lots on the first day of the month following the conveyance of the first Lot by Declarant to any Owner other than an affiliate of Declarant.

More Definitions of Neighborhood Assessments

Neighborhood Assessments. Assessments levied against the Lots in a particular Neighborhood or Neighborhoods to fund Neighborhood Expenses, as more particularly described in Sections 10.1 and 10.4.
