Member Equipment definition

Member Equipment is any equipment owned by, leased to, or otherwise controlled by a Member, who is here referred to as the 'owner' irrespective of the actual method of control.
Member Equipment is a product, equipment, structure, facility, or other good: (1) owned, controlled, operated, or furnished by an Applicant or Member; and (2) located on property owned, controlled, operated, or furnished by an Applicant or Member. To become or remain a Member, an Applicant must: (1) give the Cooperative all information reasonably requested by the Cooperative, including the Applicant’s federal tax identification number; and (2) complete any additional or supplemental document, contract, or action required by the Board for the Cooperative Service which the Applicant is Using or requesting or agreeing to Use. Except as required by Law or otherwise provided in these Bylaws, the Cooperative will not release, disclose, or disseminate personally identifiable, proprietary, or confidential information regarding a Member. Except as otherwise provided in these Bylaws or by the Board, an Applicant shall pay the Cooperative: (1) dues, assessments, fees, deposits, contributions, aid in construction and other amounts required by the Governing Documents; and (2) outstanding amounts owed to the Cooperative by the Applicant. An Applicant shall provide prior express consent to the Cooperative using an automatic telephone dialing system, or an artificial or prerecorded voice, to address the Cooperative’s Provision of a Cooperative Service or the Member’s Use of a Cooperative Service.
Member Equipment means a product, equipment, structure, facility, or other good (i) owned, controlled, operated or furnished by a Member; and (ii) located on property owned, controlled, operated or furnished by a Member;

  • Except as otherwise provided by the Board, before Member Equipment is connected to Cooperative Equipment, the Cooperative must approve the connection in writing.

  • A Member shall: (1) protect Cooperative Equipment and Member Equipment connected to Cooperative Equipment; and (2) install and maintain any protective device, and implement and follow any protective procedure, required by the Cooperative.

  • A Member shall take or omit any act required by the Cooperative to safely, reliably, and efficiently operate the Cooperative and Provide a Cooperative Service, which act involves: (1) a Location Occupied by the Member and to or for which the Cooperative Provides or will Provide a Cooperative Service; (2) real or personal property in which the Member possesses a legal or equitable right or interest (“Member Property”); (3) Cooperative Equipment; or (4) Member Equipment connected to Cooperative Equipment.

  • Maintains in unsafe condition any Cooperative Equipment or any Member Equipment.

  • Not to tamper with, alter, interfere with, damage, or impair any meter, control device, or other Cooperative Equipment or Member Equipment, or take any action that adversely impacts the Cooperative’s ability to operate the Cooperative or provide any Electric Service safely, reliably, and efficiently.

  • If Member Equipment is connected to Cooperative Equipment, then: (1) the member is liable for damage to, and for the nonperformance of, Cooperative Equipment caused by the Member Equipment or the connection; and (2) the member is liable for, and must indemnify the Cooperative against, injury or death to any person and damage to any property caused by, or resulting from, the Member Equipment or the connection.

  • A Member shall: 1) protect Cooperative Equipment and Member Equipment connected to Cooperative Equipment; and 2) install and maintain a protective device, and implement and follow a protective procedure, required by the Cooperative.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Computer Equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Other Equipment is leasehold improvements, intangible property such as computer software and software licenses, equipment specifically designed or manufactured for Borrower, other intangible property, limited use property and other similar property and soft costs approved by Bank, including taxes, shipping, warranty charges, freight discounts and installation expenses.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.

Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Fixtures and Equipment means, with respect to any Person, all of the furniture, fixtures, furnishings, machinery and equipment owned or leased by such Person and located in, at or upon the Assets of such Person.

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant (including any central plant), machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, lab, security, or fire/life safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment which serve the Building and/or any other building in the Project in whole or in part.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;

  • Existing Equipment means equipment, machines, devices or installations that are in operation prior to September 23, 1970.
