Field Equipment definition

Field Equipment is any existing or hereafter acquired (by the Borrower), System One cyclers, Pure Flow systems and all components thereof, and similar products that are updates thereto or developments thereon, which are leased to end users.
Field Equipment has the meaning set forth in the Statement of Work.

Examples of Field Equipment in a sentence

  • Customer shall purchase all Field Devices, RF Field Equipment, and other goods (collectively, “Equipment”) from Sensus’ authorized distributor pursuant to the terms and conditions (including any warranties on such Equipment) agreed by Customer and Sensus’ authorized distributor.

  • Installation services for Field Devices, other goods, and RF Field Equipment will be as agreed between the Customer and Sensus' authorized distributor.

  • The responsibilities of MOW and Fare Revenue employees, (Laborers and Track, Overhead, Substation, Signal and Field Equipment Maintainers) are not limited to a single section of the railroad.

  • For each piece of RF Field Equipment used by Customer, Customer shall affix a Sensus-supplied label to the exterior of the RF Field Equipment cabinet or other appropriate visible place to indicate that RF operation is conducted under authority of FCC License(s) issued to Sensus.

  • Prior to Closing, GeoSouthern shall cause Seller to contribute the Field Equipment to the Company for which such Field Equipment is primarily used.

  • Sensus shall perform the propagation analysis in the Service Territory to determine where to locate the RF Field Equipment.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Customer shall pay for any Recurrent RF Field Equipment Fees and any Ongoing Fees for all equipment provided pursuant to this subsection (A).

  • Furthermore, if new and/or different RF Field Equipment locations are required as a result of not meeting any Requirements, Customer agrees to: pay Sensus for the completion of any additional propagation studies; pay Sensus for the additional RF Field Equipment hardware; perform the necessary site preparation; and pay for any Recurrent RF Field Equipment Fees and any Ongoing Fees for all equipment purchased pursuant to this subsection (B).


More Definitions of Field Equipment

Field Equipment means all field vehicles, laptops and similar immaterial equipment used by field personnel.
