Load Control Equipment definition

Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;
Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Customer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load; "Load Control System" means a control and communications system for controlling parts of a Customer’s load and consisting of Load Signalling Equipment and Load Control Equipment;
Load Control Equipment means any equipment (including meters, receivers, relays and ripple control receivers) wherever situated within a region, designed to receive Load Management Service signals. (Equipment designed to receive signals to control street lighting is not considered to be Load Control Equipment and is defined as Lighting Control Equipment).

Load Control Equipment means the Fittings, which may include, but are not limited to, ripple receivers and relays, which are from time to time installed in, over, or upon a Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving Remote Signals;

  • Control equipment means equipment necessary for the setting and/or unsetting of an immobilizer.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining.   • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Customer Equipment means any equipment including any Purchased Equipment and any software, other than BT Equipment, used by you in connection with a Service.
