Operating Equipment and Systems: Demonstrate operation in all modes, including start-up, shut-down, seasonal changeover, emergency conditions, and troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures, including scheduled and preventive maintenance.
Contractor shall not make or permit anyone to undertake any construction or make any alterations, additions or improvements, structural or otherwise, or install any Fixed Improvements or Operating Equipment (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Alterations"), in or to the Premises without the prior written consent of the Contracting Officer.
