Member Committee definition

Member Committee means either a Bylaws Committee or a Non-Bylaws Committee which consists of Members.
Member Committee means the Official Committee of Members appointed by the U.S. Trustee in the Chapter 11 Case on August 20, 2021 [D.I. 163].
Member Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol.   • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Plan Committee means a committee of two or more directors appointed by the Board to administer the Plan.

  • Investment Committee means the committee in charge of investment aspects of the Plan, as described in Article VII.

  • Managing Committee means the individual or the body of individuals entrusted or charged with the management and administration of a private educational institution and where a society, trust, or an association manages more than one such institution, includes the managing committee of each such institution;

  • Independent Committee means a committee of the board of directors of the General Partner made up of directors that are “independent” of Brookfield and its Affiliates, as contemplated by applicable securities Laws;

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.
