Inspection Documents definition

Inspection Documents means the documents pertaining to the Initial Orthotouch Agreement, the Resubmitted Offer, the Plan and the 2014 Orthotouch/HS Companies Agreement, referred to, respectively, in paragraphs 2.1.2, 2.1.21, 2.1.23 and 2.1.55 below, together with any Appendices to such four documents, the 2014 Orthotouch/HS Compa- nies Agreement being attached to this arrangement document as Annexure “B”, the initial Orthotouch Agreement, the Resubmitted Offer and the Plan (not being specifically attached to this arrangement document), together with the 2014 Orthotouch HS Companies Agree- ment, constituting the Ancillary Contracts referred to in 1.4.2.3 and 1.5 above and 2.3.3 below, and which four documents, together with Annexure “A” and Annexure “B” and cer- tain further relevant documents, annexed to this arrangement document, as Annexures “D”, “E”, “F”, “G”, “H”, “I” and “J”, all constitute the Inspection Documents, the list of Inspec- tion Documents being annexed to this arrangement document as Annexure “C”;

Part 193 Subparts A through J) excluding preparation of the FERC Resource Reports, (b) PHMSA Form 18 Evaluation of LNG Siting, Design, Construction and Equipment (last revised as of March 18, 2009), (c) the PHMSA LNG IA Question Set (last updated December 13, 2018) as applicable to the design and construction of an LNG facility, (d) PHMSA Form 4 Standard Inspection Report for an LNG Facility (last revised April 6, 2011) as applicable to the design and construction of an LNG facility, (e) the National Fire Protection Association (“NFPA”) Standard 59A (2016) (f) NFPA Standard 59A (2006), and (g) NFPA Standard 59A (2001) and all other requirements incorporated by reference pursuant to 40 C.F.R. 193.2013 and (h) all requirements of state and local laws including all permits required by such laws for the design, construction and operation of the LNG Facility.

  • Verification Documents means, with respect to any Note Owner, a certification from such Note Owner certifying that such Person is in fact, a Note Owner, as well as one additional piece of documentation reasonably satisfactory to the recipient, such as a trade confirmation, account statement, letter from a broker or dealer or other similar document. The foregoing definitions shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the defined terms. Unless otherwise inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, all accounting terms used herein shall be interpreted, and all accounting determinations hereunder shall be made, in accordance with GAAP. Amounts to be calculated hereunder shall be continuously recalculated at the time any information relevant to such calculation changes.
