Obligation Documents definition

Obligation Documents means this Guaranty, the Note, the Credit Agreement, the Loan Documents, all other documents and instruments under, by reason of which, or pursuant to which any or all of the Obligations are evidenced, governed, secured, or otherwise dealt with, and all other documents, instruments, agreements, certificates, legal opinions and other writings heretofore or hereafter delivered in connection herewith or therewith.
Obligation Documents means the Credit Agreement, the Notes, the Loan Documents, and all other documents and instruments under, by reason of which, or pursuant to which any or all of the Secured Obligations are evidenced, governed, secured, or otherwise dealt with, and all other agreements, certificates, and other documents, instruments and writings heretofore or hereafter delivered in connection herewith or therewith.
Obligation Documents means the Revolving Credit Documents and the Term Loan Credit Documents and the Existing Notes Documents, or any of them.

Examples of Obligation Documents in a sentence

  • All representations and warranties of Debtor herein, and all covenants and agreements herein shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the execution and delivery of any other Obligation Documents and the creation of the Secured Obligations.

  • All representations and warranties of Pledgor herein, and all covenants and agreements herein shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the execution and delivery of any other Obligation Documents and the creation of the Obligations.

More Definitions of Obligation Documents

Obligation Documents means any and all agreements, assignments and instruments (including any renewals, extensions, modifications or amendments thereof) evidencing, securing or pertaining to the Lease.
