Information Barrier means, in relation to a Lender, a system of controls and monitoring (including, but not limited to, physical segregation of employees and restrictions on access to and flow of information) sufficient to ensure that:

Information Barrier means: the physical and/or electronic separation of individuals (or groups of individuals) within the same firm that prevents confidential information passing between them.
Information Barrier means an informational control arrangement that is embodied in written procedures which assure that no proprietary or confidential information of Licensee disclosed to OMX AB (or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries) is made available to such individual. Each such individual and each employee, officer, director, representative, and advisor of OMX AB (or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries) that has access to any proprietary or confidential information of Licensee shall sign a document in which they acknowledge receipt of, and agree to comply with, the information barrier written procedures. The OMX AB General Counsel shall be appointed to assure that the information controls are followed and to take responsibility for ensuring that all applicable persons have signed the written acknowledgement. This obligation to erect and maintain an information barrier (i) becomes a binding obligation as of the Effective Date, such that it shall also apply during the period that Licensee utilizes CLICK, and (ii) shall survive any termination or opt-out of this Agreement, and shall continue in full force and effect for so long as Licensee remains a customer of Licensor.   • Contractor Sensitive Information means any information provided by the Contractor to the Authority (disregarding any protective marking or assertion of confidentiality) which: is specified as Contractor Sensitive Information in Schedule 7 and has not lost its sensitivity according to the justifications and durations set out in that Schedule; and is exempt information pursuant to sections 33(1) or 36, 38 or 39 of FOISA (having regard for that purpose to the public interest there might be in disclosing such information as referred to in section 2(1)(b) of FOISA).
