Applicable Persons definition

Applicable Persons means the persons described in Rule 3 of this Code.
Applicable Persons means any non-Registered Party or non-Member entering into an agreement with OIX that incorporates the OIX Trademark Usage Policy by reference.
Applicable Persons means the persons described in Rule 1 of the Integrity Code of Conduct.

More Definitions of Applicable Persons

Applicable Persons has the meaning set forth in Section 8.12.
Applicable Persons means: (i) directors, executive officers, management, employees and consultants of the Corporation and its subsidiaries; (ii) any family member or other person living in the household or a dependent child of any of the foregoing individuals; and (iii) partnerships, trusts, corporations, RRSP's and similar entities over which any of the above-mentioned individuals exercise control or direction.

Applicable Persons is defined as (1) employees and consultants of any contractors, grantees and other organizations carrying out activities financed by USAID under this Agreement and (2) members of such employees’ and consultants’ households.

Applicable Persons means the persons defined in Rule 3 of the Integrity Code of Conduct and for Ethics Board Proceedings transferred to the Integrity Unit in accordance with the Integrity Unit Rules, shall also include the persons who are or will be subject to, alleged violations in those Ethics Board Proceedings.
