The Applicable Persons may be engaged, for their own accounts or the accounts of customers, in a broad range of transactions that involve interests that differ from those of the Loan Parties, their Subsidiaries and their respective Affiliates, and none of the Applicable Persons has any obligation to disclose any of such interests to the Loan Parties, their Subsidiaries or any of their respective Affiliates.
The Contractor may wish to refer Applicable Persons to organisations in its Contract Package Area who already deliver support services relevant to rehabilitation.
Following the Offer Closing, none of BGCP, GFI or their respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates shall be entitled to access any communications or documents related to any privilege that exists between the Applicable Persons and their respective counsel.
