Business Contact Information definition

Business Contact Information means the names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of a party’s personnel, officers and directors and, with respect to Client, such information regarding Client’s vendors and customers that Accenture may have access to in maintaining the partiesbusiness relationship.
Business Contact Information means incidental business contact information that Customer provides to AvePoint in the ordinary course of business, which AvePoint in turn retains within various internal systems and departmental records, including but not limited to its customer relationship management system, Legal and Accounting departments.
Business Contact Information means information that is used for the purpose of communicating or facilitating communication with an individual in relation to their employment, business or profession such as the individual’s name, position name or title, work address, work telephone number, work fax number or work electronic address.

Examples of Business Contact Information in a sentence

  • Each party shall be considered a data controller with respect to the other party’s Business Contact Information and shall be entitled to transfer such information to any country where such Party, its global organization, and Affiliates operate.

  • Each party consents to the other party using its Business Contact Information for contract management, payment processing, service offering, and business development purposes related to the Agreement and such other purposes as set out in the using party’s global data privacy policy (copies of which shall be made available upon request).

  • Client hereby authorizes and on behalf of its employees, contractors, directors, or officers, the transfer of such Client’s Business Contact Information by Accenture, its affiliates and contractors to any country where Accenture, its affiliates and contractors operate and for the sole purposes of delivering the Software, answering support requests, managing and maintaining a business relationship.

  • AvePoint shall maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of Customer Data and Business Contact Information, including, but not limited to measures for preventing access, use, modification or disclosure of Customer Data or Business Contact Information except (a) to provide the SaaS Services and prevent or address service or technical problems; (b) as compelled by law; or (c) as expressly permitted by Customer in writing.
