Incremental Operating Cost definition

Incremental Operating Cost means the reasonable costs, as shall have been approved by the World Bank, for the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient directly on account of Project implementation (which expenditures would not have been incurred absent the Project), consisting of communication and insurance costs, banking charges, office and office equipment maintenance, utilities, document duplication/printing, consumables, audit costs, travel cost and per diem for technical staff for travel linked to the implementation of the Project, and salaries of contractual staff for the Project (but excluding consultants' services, and benefits).
Incremental Operating Cost means incremental operating cost incurred on account of the implementation and management of the activities carried out under the Project, and as described separately in the PIP.
Incremental Operating Cost means the incremental costs incurred by implementing agencies for carrying out the Program including salaries of contractual staff / individual consultants other than consultancy firm appointed for the Program, salaries of staff deputed to the Program, office rent and utilities, office and equipment maintenance and repair, vehicle operating and maintenance costs, communication and travel, and other necessary expenditures in connection with the Program.

Incremental Operating Cost means the reasonable costs of goods and services required for the day-to-day implementation of the Project, including, costs of maintenance of vehicles and equipment, fuel, office supplies, utilities, consumables, communication, office rental and maintenance, bank charges, advertising expenses, travel of staff (including per diems and accommodation), and salaries of selected contracted support staff, but excluding salaries and salary top-ups of civil servants of the Borrower.
