Communication Expenses. Identifiable communication expenses approved by the Project Manager, long distance telephone, courier and express mail between Consultant and Sub consultants.

Minor expenses such as long distance telephone calls and telephone service at the Site; express age; custom duties on materials, drawings, or Contractor's equipment; cost of telegraph charges incurred at the Site of the Work by Contractor in connection with the Work; cost of progress photographs and negatives; and similar xxxxx cash items in connection with the Work.

The Company shall pay all expenses for desktop and laptop computers, monitors, cabling, wiring and all equipment and software required to provide wired and wireless communication of email, web access and video conferencing communication that is stationary or mobile to facilitate communication between the company’s office locations and other business communication requirements and the Executive. In addition, the Company shall pay the monthly expenses for cellular phones and any high-speed communications service charges to deliver these communication services whether they are stationary or mobile. The Company shall not pay for land line or land line long distance calls considered as personal expenses which belong to the Executive. The Executive shall deduct any such land line personal calls for communication expenses.

Communication Expenses. The District shall provide the Superintendent with a communications allowance in the sum of Seventy-Five and No/100 Dollars ($75.00) per month. The Superintendent shall maintain a personal account for mobile telephone service and home internet access and shall not open an account in the name of the District. The Superintendent shall have total responsibility for payment of such personal account and the District shall have no obligation or responsibility related to such personal account other than the monthly payment to the Superintendent of the mobile telephone allowance stated herein.
