Vehicle Rental. Concession Rights in which a security interest is not perfected by filing a financing statement in the applicable Grantor’s jurisdiction of organization and/or to the extent that such security interests would result in adverse business consequences to Holdings or any one or more of its Subsidiaries as determined in good faith by the Parent Borrower (which determination shall be conclusive) (and there shall be no requirement to obtain Public Facility Operator consents or any other third party consents);

Vehicle Rental i. Intermediate or mid-size automobiles or smaller are authorized.

Vehicle Rental. 2.1 The Lessor shall enable the Lessee to use the Vehicle on the basis and under the conditions set out in the Agreement concluded between the Lessor and the Lessee. The Lessee undertakes to use the Vehicle on the basis and under the conditions set out in the Agreement concluded between the Lessor and the Lessee. The Agreement is concluded for a definite period, starting from the day and hour specified in the Agreement with termination at the time of expiry of the agreed rental period. 2.2 By signing the Agreement, the Lessee undertakes to pay the Lessor for the use of the Vehicle in cash or non-cash rent and fees in the amount and in the manner specified in the Agreement. 2.3 The rent does not include the costs of fuel, cleaning and washing of the Vehicle, a foreign highway stamp (if the Lessor has given written consent to use the Vehicle abroad), fee for exceeding the daily mileage limit (unless an unlimited daily mileage limit has been agreed), as well as other costs related to operation of the Vehicle not expressly stated in this article of the General Terms and Conditions or in the Agreement.

Vehicle Rental. Coordinating with a Vehicle rental service, or providing the actual Vehicle rental service, for an Authorized User while a Vehicle is undergoing maintenance or repair at an Automotive Repair Shop; and

Vehicle Rental. Reimbursement for vehicle rental shall be for actual and necessary costs of such rental and airplane usage shall be allowed at the lowest fare available. Vehicle Rental. 7.1 Subscribers can reserve a vehicle using any of the following options: 7.1.1 Rental of a vehicle that is parked, not in use and available for immediate use, using a smart card, as long as the aforementioned vehicle is not in an active reservation by another Subscriber or reserved by another Subscriber. 7.2 Make a vehicle reservation as detailed in section 8.1 which allows for reservation of a vehicle for up to 15 minutes from the moment the reservation is made, and in the event that the Subscriber does not arrive at the vehicle within that period of time, the vehicle will be released from the reservation and will be made available for reservation by other Subscribers. Not arriving at a vehicle will be considered cancellation of the reservation according to the information detailed in appendix C of this agreement. 7.3 The Subscriber will not be permitted to reserve more than one vehicle simultaneously using the subscription card. 7.4 The Subscriber will be charged for the use of the vehicle from the start of the vehicle reservation and until the end of the vehicle rental period as detailed in appendix C.

Vehicle Rental. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to rent to Customer designated Vehicles from time to time at monthly rental rates to be agreed upon by the parties. The initial rental period shall not exceed four (4) months and thereafter the rentals shall renew on a month to month basis if needed.

Vehicle Rental. ALLOWANCE - WE will pay YOUR out-of-pocket expenses to rent a replacement vehicle from an AUTHORIZED rental agency if: During the AGREEMENT Term, YOUR VEHICLE becomes inoperable and repairs are caused by a FAILURE or during the WARRANTY period, repairs to YOUR VEHICLE are covered by WARRANTY. YOU will be allowed up to $35 per day for a maximum of 5 days. YOU are responsible for obtaining the rental car and rental car expenses incurred must be from a licensed rental car agency or AUTHORIZED Dealer. Under New Vehicle Plans (New Platinum, New Platinum Care, New Platinum Elite, and New Platinum Care Elite) the total dollar limit per repair visit can be increased over and above the scheduled limits by an additional 5 days with $35 per day limit, if repairs are delayed because of the Dealer's failure to deliver their manufacturer's replacement part and WE are notified of the delay within the first 2 days of the rental period. This benefit is not subject to a DEDUCTIBLE but is limited to downtime repairs and ends when the repair is completed or when the maximum number of days allowed are reached, whichever occurs first.
