Meeting Expenses. Each Limited Partner will be solely responsible for its own expenses in connection with attending at and participating in general meetings of the Limited Partners.

Meeting Expenses. Each Party shall bear its own costs, including travel expenses, incurred by its Joint Steering Committee members or by any additional non-member participants of such Party in connection with their attendance at Joint Steering Committee meetings; for the avoidance of doubt, such costs shall not be included in Development Costs.
