German Employees definition

German Employees means those individuals whose names are set out in Part B of SCHEDULE 11 (Employees) being the persons who are employed by Unipath Diagnostics GmbH;

German Employees means the Employees of ES-GmbH whose jobs are dedicated to the Target Business, whether to be hired by Purchaser or its designee or not.

German Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.15(a).

German Employees means Company Employees and employees transferring pursuant to §613a BGB as a result of the transactions contemplated hereby.
