Equivalent Products Data definition

Equivalent Products Data means data derived from an analysis of the Comparable Products provided by the Comparison Group as adjusted in accordance with paragraph 7.16(i) of Schedule 2-3. Exit and Service Transfer Arrangements means (if applicable) the arrangements set out in Schedule 2-12 which shall apply in the event of the expiry or termination (howsoever arising) of this Contract.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Licensed Service means a service provided using Licensed Products or Licensed Methods, including, without limitation, any such service provided in the form of contract research or other research performed by Licensee on behalf of a third party.
