Combination Products definition

Combination Products means COBI Combination Products, EVG Combination Products, TDF Combination Products, TAF Combination Products and Quad Product.
Combination Products means any product containing both a pharmaceutically active agent or ingredient which constitutes a Licensed Product and one or more other pharmaceutically active agents or ingredients which do not constitute Licensed Products.
Combination Products means any product that comprises a Licensed Products sold in conjunction with another active component that is not a Licensed Product (whether packaged together or in the same formulation).

Examples of Combination Products in a sentence

  • The obligations set forth in Sections 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 with respect to Licensee’s supply of API shall not apply to active pharmaceutical ingredients other than API that Licensee may incorporate into Combination Products.

  • For clarity, notwithstanding anything else in this Section or elsewhere in this Agreement, regardless of any royalty deductions made for Combination Products under this Section 4.2, the royalty paid to Mount Sinai on the Net Sale of any Licensed Product shall not be reduced to an amount lower than two percent (2%) of the relevant Net Sale.

  • Licensee may utilize either the Combination Products or the Royalty Credit calculation at its discretion, but may not use both.


More Definitions of Combination Products

Combination Products means any and all pharmaceutical compositions, other than patch applications, which contain (A) testosterone as an active ingredient in combination with any other steroids, hormones, somatotropics, emollients, or therapeutic soy products; and (B) the Compound; and which fall within the scope of any composition, method, or article claim of the BENTLEY Patents and which is intended to be applied topically to the user of the composition.
Combination Products mean any pharmaceutical product (in any formulation) containing one or more active pharmaceutical ingredients in addition to a Licensed Compound.
Combination Products means the Designated Country Combination Products and the U.S. Combination Products.
Combination Products means products in forms suitable for human applications that contain Compound as an active ingredient, together with one or more other active ingredients.
Combination Products shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of Net Sales.
Combination Products means any combination of Product and one or more additional active pharmaceutical ingredients, for example in a single delivery device such as a pre-filled pen, dual chamber needle or in a fixed dose combination.
Combination Products means a combination of (a) a LICENSED PRODUCT and (b) OTHER COMPONENTS, where such combinations of (a) and (b) are co-formulated, co-packaged or SOLD under one pricing scheme (whether payment of such price is paid to the same or to more than one seller).
