Bundled Product definition

Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.
Bundled Product means a Licensed Product sold or bundled together with other products.
Bundled Product means a Company Product and other products that are not such Company Product either (a) packaged together for sale or shipment as a single unit or (b) sold together.

  • OEM may not in any way sell, lease, rent, license, sublicense or otherwise distribute the RSA Software or any part thereof or the right to use the RSA Software or any part thereof to any person or entity except as part of a Bundled Product.

  • For the purposes of determining Net Sales Price, the amount of in-kind or other non-cash consideration receivable by OEM shall be deemed to have a dollar value equal to the standard price (as listed in OEM's published price schedule on the date of the grant of the license or the sale in question) for such Bundled Product, less all cash paid.

More Definitions of Bundled Product

Bundled Product means a prearranged combination of transport with other services not ancillary to transport and offered at an inclusive price;
