Environmental Unit definition

Environmental Unit means the unit created within the MINEE pursuant to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. ▇▇▇, dated February 13, 2008.
Environmental Unit means the Recipient’s entity to be established pursuant to Section I.A.4 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Environmental Unit means the environmental unit within the GRD (as hereinafter defined).

Environmental Unit means the Borrower’s unit established in DOWT on July 18, 2001, responsible for managing and monitoring environment and social practices for works carried out by DOWT, pursuant to paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 to this Agreement;
