Environmental Clean-up Site definition

Environmental Clean-up Site means any location which is listed or proposed for listing on the National Priorities List, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Information System, or on any similar state list of sites relating to investigation or cleanup, or which is the subject of any pending or threatened action, suit, proceeding, or investigation related to or arising from any location at which there has been a Release or threatened or suspected Release of a Hazardous Material.
Environmental Clean-up Site means any location which is listed or formally proposed for listing on the National Priorities List or on any similar state list of sites requiring investigation or cleanup, or which is the subject of any action, suit, proceeding or investigation under Environmental Law which has been disclosed in writing to Seller.
Environmental Clean-up Site means any location that is listed on the National Priorities List, listed as an “Active” site on the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Information System list, or on any equivalent state or foreign list of sites currently requiring investigation or cleanup but excluding any location for which a no further action letter, closure letter or similar documentation has been issued but such exclusion is only to the extent and scope of such no further action or closure letter or similar documentation.
