Pollution Source definition

Pollution Source means a facility or activity which may introduce any dangerous material to the groundwater system below the water table in concentrations sufficient to cause drinking water quality standards to be exceeded or to decrease the quality of the drinking water. pollution sources shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Pollution means pollution or contamination of the atmosphere or of any water land or other tangible property;
