Environmental definition

Environmental requirements means requirements imposed by applicable Federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations, including, without limitation, statutes, ordinances, regulations, court orders, consent decrees, administrative orders, or compliance agreements including the Hanford Federal Facility Agreement and Consent Order, consent orders, permits, and licenses; and
Environmental shall have the meanings set forth in 42 U.S.C. 9601(8) (1988).
Environmental means pertaining or relating to the Environment.

Environmental shall have the meanings set forth in 42 U.S.C. § 9601(8), as amended.
Environmental means environmental aspects of internal agency operations and activities, including those aspects related to energy and transportation functions;
