Employer’s Representative definition

Employer’s Representative means the person notified by the Employer to the Contractor as having authority to issue Employer’s Instructions and otherwise to act on the Employer’s behalf under this Agreement to the extent so notified;

Employer’s Representative means the representative of the Employer. He is Executive Engineer, PCNTDA or any equivalent Officer appointed by the Employer.

Employer’s Representative means the Rector or authorised representative of the university who performs the obligations and exercises the rights of the employer;

Examples of Employer’s Representative in a sentence

• The Employer’s Representative may instruct the Contractor to search for a defect and to uncover and test any Work that the Employer’s Representative considers may have a defect.

• If the Contractor has not corrected a defect within the time specified in the Employer’s Representative’s notice, the Employer’s Representative will assess the cost of having the defect corrected by other parties and such cost shall be treated as a variation and be deducted from the Contract Price.

• If the final account is still unsatisfactory after it has been resubmitted, the Employer’s Representative shall decide on the amount payable to the Contractor and issue a Final Payment Certificate.

• The Employer’s Representative shall record the business of management meetings and provide copies of the record to those attending the meeting and the Employer.

• If it is not, the Employer’s Representative shall issue within 21 days a schedule that states the scope of the corrections or additions that are necessary.

More Definitions of Employer’s Representative

Employer’s Representative means the person named in the Tender Particulars as being Sarawak Energy Berhad’s nominated representative for the purposes of this tender process;

Employer’s Representative means General Manager (Maintenance), Pb-South or any other person nominated in writing by the Employer from time to time.
