Emergency Repair Work definition

Emergency Repair Work means right-of-way work which must be commenced immediately to correct a hazardous condition in which the safety of the public is in imminent danger, such as a threat to life or health of the public or where immediate correction is required to maintain or restore essential public utility service.
Emergency Repair Work. – means work to repair or contain leaks of produced fluids from production equipment, pits, or other containment structures that are contaminating surface waters or ground waters, or are flowing in sufficient quantity to create an increasing area of contamination on the surface of the land.
