Loss of Life benefits are payable in accordance with the beneficiary designation in effect at the time of payment.
The Company will pay the benefit stated for Loss of Life if the Insured Person’s body cannot be located within one (1) year after the forced landing, stranding, sinking or wrecking of the conveyance in which the Insured Person was traveling.
Loss of Life, Limb or Sight If such Injury shall independently of all other causes and within 180 days from the date of Injury solely result in any one of the following specific losses, the Insured Person or beneficiary may request the Company to pay the applicable amount below in addition to payment under the Medical Expense Benefits.
