Domestic Collateral definition

Domestic Collateral means all Collateral of the Domestic Credit Parties.
Domestic Collateral means all property and interests in property, presently owned or hereafter acquired or presently existing or hereafter created by the Domestic Borrower, the Domestic Guarantors or NN Italy, including any and all proceeds thereof, in which a security interest has been granted in favor of the Administrative Agent for the ratable benefit of the Lenders, whether under this Agreement or any other Loan Document.
Domestic Collateral shall have the meaning set forth in the International Security Agreement.

More Definitions of Domestic Collateral

Domestic Collateral all of the Property and interests in Property of Domestic Borrower described in Section 5 of the Agreement, and all other Property and interests in Property of Domestic Borrower or any Subsidiary of Domestic Borrower (other than Restricted Subsidiaries and Canadian Borrower) that now or hereafter secures the payment and performance of any of the Domestic Obligations, and all other Property and interest in Property of any Person that is identified in a Loan Document as “Domestic Collateral”.

The Stock of International, Strates, and Strates Malaysia shall be deemed Foreign Collateral and not Domestic Collateral. The Stock of StorMedia Foreign Sales and Akashic shall be deemed Domestic Collateral and not Foreign Collateral.
