UCC Collateral definition

UCC Collateral is defined in Section 3.03.

UCC Collateral means any Mortgaged Property which, under applicable law, may be subject to a security interest under the UCC, whether acquired now or in the future, and all products and cash proceeds and non-cash proceeds thereof.

More Definitions of UCC Collateral

UCC Collateral means the property of the Loan Parties in which security interests are to be granted under the Security Agreement.
