Federal and State Laws In the event that any provision of this Agreement should be modified or deleted to conform to any federal or state law or regulation, or any order, determination or ruling or regulation of a federal or state administrative agency or court, the Company shall notify the Union in writing. Negotiations shall then take place if requested by the Union. In the event of such negotiations, the changes proposed by the Company shall not be implemented until (a) agreement is reached, or (b) the Company determines that timely action is required by the law, regulation, order, determination or ruling, which ever occurs sooner.
Jurisdiction; Governing Law For all matters relating to the interpretation and fulfillment of this Agreement, the parties hereto expressly and irrevocably submit to the applicable laws of Mexico, and to the jurisdiction of the competent courts sitting in Mexico, Federal District, Mexico, with respect to any action or proceeding arising out of or relating hereto, and the parties hereby expressly and irrevocably waive all rights to any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled to by reason of their present or future domiciles, or by any other reason.
Federal Law You acknowledge and agree that your consent to electronic Communications is being provided in connection with a transaction affecting interstate commerce that is subject to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, and that you and we both intend that the Act apply to the fullest extent possible to validate our ability to conduct business with you by electronic means.
Federal Power Act None of the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is subject to regulation as a “public utility” under the Federal Power Act, as amended.
Contract Use by State Agencies To the extent applicable, the Contract does not prohibit state agencies from using their delegated purchasing authority to procure similar goods and services from other sources.
Federal Reserve Regulations (a) None of Holdings, the Borrower or any of the Subsidiaries is engaged principally, or as one of its important activities, in the business of extending credit for the purpose of buying or carrying Margin Stock.
State Law This Agreement is made under, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Connecticut.
Intergovernmental Organizations As instructed from time to time by ICANN, Registry Operator will implement the protections mechanism determined by the ICANN Board of Directors relating to the protection of identifiers for Intergovernmental Organizations. A list of reserved names for this Section 6 is available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved. Additional names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Any such protected identifiers for Intergovernmental Organizations may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such protected identifiers shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement. Jurisdiction and Choice of Law This Agreement shall be construed according to English law and any disputes arising under it shall, subject to the provisions of clause 19 above, be determined in the English Courts.
NOTIFICATION TO STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES Copies of this document will be provided to other state and federal agencies as a means of notifying them of this approval.
