Senior Collateral definition

Senior Collateral means any “Collateral” as defined in any Credit Agreement Loan Document or any other Senior Debt Document or any other assets of the Company or any other Grantor with respect to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted pursuant to a Senior Collateral Document as security for any Senior Obligations.
Senior Collateral means with respect to any Senior Secured Party, any Collateral on which it has a Senior Lien.
Senior Collateral means all the “Senior Collateral” or “Collateral” as defined in any Senior Collateral Document.

More Definitions of Senior Collateral

Senior Collateral means, at any time, all of the assets and property of any Grantor, whether real, personal or mixed, with respect to which a Lien is granted (or purported to be granted) as security for any Senior Obligations pursuant to any Senior Debt Document.
Senior Collateral means (a) with respect to any Junior Secured Party, any Collateral on which it has a Junior Lien and (b) with respect to any Senior Secured Party, any Collateral on which it has a Senior Lien.
