U.S. Collateral definition

U.S. Collateral means the “Collateral” (or any equivalent term) as defined in the U.S. Security Agreement or any other applicable U.S. Security Document, together with any other assets (whether Real Property or personal property) pledged pursuant to any U.S. Security Document.
U.S. Collateral means any and all property owned, leased or operated by a Person covered by the U.S. Collateral Documents and any and all other property of any U.S. Loan Party, now existing or hereafter acquired, that may at any time be or become subject to a security interest or Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent to secure the Secured Obligations.
U.S. Collateral means any and all property owned, leased or operated by a Person subject to a security interest or Lien under the Collateral Documents and any and all other property of any Loan Party, now existing or hereafter acquired, that may at any time be or become subject to a security interest or Lien in favor of the Agent, on behalf of itself and the Secured Parties, to secure the U.S. Obligations or Canadian Obligations, as applicable; provided however that U.S. Collateral shall not at any time include any Margin Stock.

More Definitions of U.S. Collateral

U.S. Collateral means any and all property of any US Loan Party subject to a Lien under any Collateral Document and any and all other property of any US Loan Party, now existing or hereafter acquired, that is or becomes subject to a Lien pursuant to any Collateral Document, in each case, to secure the US Secured Obligations, other than any Excluded Assets.
U.S. Collateral means the Collateral owned by (or, in the event such Collateral has been foreclosed upon, immediately prior to such foreclosure that was owned by) a U.S. Loan Party.
