Foreign Collateral definition

Foreign Collateral means that portion of the Collateral securing the Foreign Obligations.
Foreign Collateral means all Collateral of Foreign Loan Parties securing the Guaranteed Foreign Obligations.
Foreign Collateral means the capital stock or other equity interests covered by any of the Foreign Security Documents, including all Additional Collateral covered thereby.
