Collateral definition

Collateral has the meaning set forth in Section 2.
Collateral has the meaning specified in the Granting Clause of the Indenture.

Collateral all property of the Loan Parties, now owned or hereafter acquired, upon which a Lien is purported to be created by any Security Document.
