Senior Collateral Agent definition

Senior Collateral Agent means Citicorp USA, Inc., in its capacity as Senior Collateral Agent under the Senior Collateral Documents, and its successors.

Senior Collateral Agent means (a) with respect to the ABL Priority Collateral, the ABL Credit Agreement Collateral Agent and (b) with respect to the Term Loan Priority Collateral, the Directing Term Loan Collateral Agent.

Senior Collateral Agent means the Credit Facilities Collateral Agent and each Designated Senior Obligations Collateral Agent.

• Nothing in this Agreement shall impair or otherwise adversely affect any rights or remedies the Senior Collateral Agent, the Senior Representatives or the Senior Secured Parties may have with respect to the Senior Collateral.
