Division employee definition

Division employee or "program employee" means the inspectors and all other individuals employed by the board and authorized to do any work or perform any duty in connection with the enforcement of the act.
Division employee means an individual who is classified by the Company as an employee primarily working in a Division.

Division employee means any person employed by the Business on the Closing Date, including, without limitation, any Person on lay-off, leave of absence, sick or short-term disability leave.
