District Improvements definition

District Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16(b).

District Improvements means the water, wastewater, and drainage utilities (including capacity or contract rights to capacity therein), Road Projects, and other public improvements, as authorized by applicable law, and whether on-site or off-site, to serve the area within the District boundaries. Effective Date of this Agreement means the day of , 2021.

• Purchaser acknowledges that: (i) the construction of District Improvements shall be without compensation or reimbursement to Purchaser; and (ii) any reimbursements, credits, payments, or other amounts payable by the District or Rangeview on account of the construction of District Improvements or any other matters related thereto (“Metro District Payments”) shall remain the property of the Seller and shall not be conveyed to or otherwise be claimed by Purchaser.

• There are some budget line item amount revisions for the costs of the District Improvements as reported by the Developer.

• The Association agrees to meet with the District’s representative, as designated by the District Manager, as is reasonably necessary to evaluate the District Improvements and discuss conditions, schedules, and items of concern regarding this Agreement.

District Improvements means the water, wastewater, and drainage utilities, roads and improvements in aid of roads, park and recreational facilities, and other public improvements, as authorized by the Texas Constitution and Texas Water Code, to serve the area within the District boundaries. Effective Date of this Agreement means the last date of execution by all of the Parties hereto. Land means approximately 2,043.21 acres of land located in the County limits, as described by metes and bounds on Exhibit A.

District Improvements means a refuelling apron to be constructed by the Transferee on lands immediately adjoining the Land, on that side of the Land nearest the District of Mackenzie Airport, that is suitable for the refuelling of aircraft from the Aviation Fuel Supply Service, and a taxiway for aircraft from the District of Mackenzie Airport to the refuelling apron, which the Transferee anticipates completing on or before June 1, 2014 .

District Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.

District Improvements means those improvements that the City has authorized to be provided for the benefit of the Assessed Property and to be repaid by the Development Assessments.

District Improvements means all improvements of any nature installed for any purpose at the District’s expense on the Joint Use Property. The District Improvements include, but are not limited to, synthetic football fields, turf football fields, practice ball fields, JV and Varsity softball and baseball fields, turf areas, soccer/ multi-purpose fields, outdoor courts (tennis, handball and basketball courts), outdoor amphitheater, gymnasiums, dance room and classrooms.

District Improvements means those certain improvements that the City has been authorized to provide for the benefit of the Improvement District.
