District Improvements definition

District Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16(b).
District Improvements means the water, wastewater, and drainage utilities (including capacity or contract rights to capacity therein), Road Projects, and other public improvements, as authorized by applicable law, and whether on-site or off-site, to serve the area within the District boundaries. Effective Date of this Agreement means the day of , 2021.

District Improvements means the water, wastewater, and drainage utilities, roads and improvements in aid of roads, park and recreational facilities, and other public improvements, as authorized by the Texas Constitution and Texas Water Code, to serve the area within the District boundaries. Effective Date of this Agreement means the last date of execution by all of the Parties hereto. Land means approximately 2,043.21 acres of land located in the County limits, as described by metes and bounds on Exhibit A.
District Improvements means a refuelling apron to be constructed by the Transferee on lands immediately adjoining the Land, on that side of the Land nearest the District of Mackenzie Airport, that is suitable for the refuelling of aircraft from the Aviation Fuel Supply Service, and a taxiway for aircraft from the District of Mackenzie Airport to the refuelling apron, which the Transferee anticipates completing on or before June 1, 2014 .
District Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.
