Examples of District Improvements in a sentence
Purchaser acknowledges that: (i) the construction of District Improvements shall be without compensation or reimbursement to Purchaser; and (ii) any reimbursements, credits, payments, or other amounts payable by the District or Rangeview on account of the construction of District Improvements or any other matters related thereto (“Metro District Payments”) shall remain the property of the Seller and shall not be conveyed to or otherwise be claimed by Purchaser.
There are some budget line item amount revisions for the costs of the District Improvements as reported by the Developer.
The Association agrees to meet with the District’s representative, as designated by the District Manager, as is reasonably necessary to evaluate the District Improvements and discuss conditions, schedules, and items of concern regarding this Agreement.
Based upon such inspections, the Association shall perform such additional maintenance, repair and replacement of the District Improvements as necessary consistent with the obligations set forth under Section 3.
The Association shall have the right to modify or enhance the District Improvements consistent with the terms of this Agreement; provided, however, that the Association may not make any material modification to the District Improvements (including, without limitation, removal or replacement) without the prior written consent of the District, which consent may be withheld in the District’s sole and exclusive discretion.
