Device Data definition

Device Data means any data coming off a device that Customer or Customer End Users provide to Arm via the Service. Device Data does not include Account Data, Device Specific Data or Feedback.
Device Data means data collected from an IP address, web beacon, pixel tag, ad tag, cookie, JavaScript, local storage, software, or by any other means, or from a particular computer, Web browser, mobile device, or other device or application, where such data is or may be used to identify or contact an individual, device, or application (including by means of an advertisement or other content), to develop a profile or record of the activities of an individual, device, or application across multiple websites or online services, to predict or infer the preferences, interests, or other characteristics of an individual, device, or application, or a user thereof, or to target advertisements or other content to an individual, device, or application.
Device Data means data about Licensee's devices that is collected from equipment used to process, test, or assemble ICs for Licensee.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Client shall monitor and review all patient health care data and information contained in the Device Data, and arrange for all patient health care services, including any indicated by the Device Data.

More Definitions of Device Data

Device Data means the data forwarded or otherwise made available to Pentair and/or its subcontractors by or on behalf of You and Your employees, agents and/or contractors, in connection with their use of the Service, and relating to Your IoT Devices and mobile devices used with the Service.
