Service Data definition

Service Data means all electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by Subscriber, Agents and End-Users in connection with Subscriber’s use of such Service, excluding Agent Contact Information.
Service Data means query logs, performance data, such as traffic and conversion data, and other information about Customer’s use of the Service and Professional Services. Service Data may not include any Personal Data and is not considered Customer Content.
Service Data has the meaning set forth in clause 5.7 of this Agreement.

Examples of Service Data in a sentence

  • Buyer Data All data supplied by the Buyer to the Supplier including Personal Data and Service Data that is owned and managed by the Buyer.

  • Tealium may collect and use Service Data to monitor performance of the Services, monitor and measure Customer’s usage, and develop, improve, support, and operate its products and Services.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this CSA, PingCAP may collect Service Data to develop, support, modify, improve and operate its products and services, including the TiDB Cloud Services.

  • The PHP shall ensure that only IPV-Trained Individuals are authorized to access and view IPV-Related Service Data.

  • The PHP shall ensure that any PHP workforce member or Care Manager who is not an IPV-Trained Individual does not have authorization to access and may not access any IPV-Related Service Data.


More Definitions of Service Data

Service Data means a subset of Confidential Information comprised of electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by You, Agents and End-Users in connection with Your use of such Service, which may include, without limitation, Personal Data (but shall not include the Personal Data of Your Agents in the context of Account Information as described in the Privacy Policy).
Service Data means any and all data (other than Customer Data) relating to, either directly or indirectly, the operation, support and/or Customer’s use of the Software including but not limited to query logs.
Service Data means any Party’s Personal Data (that is not Contact Data) held within the Parties’ systems, applications or databases and that may be accessed, processed, used or stored as a consequence of performing the services under the Agreement.
Service Data means data provided by Client for the purpose of facilitating the Services. Service Data includes but is not limited to, product information included in feeds and transaction detail information such as unit prices and cart values.
Service Data means the statistical data derived from the operations of the Services, including without limitation, the number of records in the Services, the number and types of transactions, configurations and reports processed in the Services and the performance results for the Services. Service Data shall not include any Customer Data or User Data.
Service Data means any electronic data, communications or other materials, including Personal Data, which is collected, stored, transmitted or otherwise processed via Pancake Services, by, or on behalf of, Customer and Customer’s end-users.
Service Data means data collected by, provided to, or processed by Contractor, or input by or on behalf of District, through or in connection with District’s use of the Services, including location and routing data generated by, collected by and/or transmitted through products installed in vehicles.
