Customer End Users definition

Customer End Users means the individuals or entities Customer permits to either or both: (i) access or use the Device Data; and (ii) access or use the Service under Customer’s Account.

Customer End Users means the individuals Customer permits to use the Application.

Customer End Users has the meaning given in the Agreement or, if not such meaning is given, has the meaning given to “End Users” in the Agreement.

More Definitions of Customer End Users

Customer End Users means the customers of the Customer.

Customer End Users means those individuals authorised by the Customer to directly or indirectly that: (i) access or use Customer Content via the Services; or (ii) otherwise access or use the Services on the behalf of the Customer through the Customer’s account, pursuant to this Agreement.

Customer End Users means individuals who are authorized by Customer to use the CipherTrace Service and for whom Customer has purchased a subscription to the CipherTrace Service. Customer End Users means those employees, consultants, contractors, and other individuals or entities outside the Customer's firewall that the Customer has authorized to use personal computers running Windows to use the Concentric RemoteLink/TM/ service and who have accepted the end user license agreement accompanying the CityFind software, but only so long as Customer has authorized such employees, consultants, contractors, and other individuals or entities.

Customer End Users means Customer Employees and Permitted Contractors, who use the PTT Client App in connection with their carrying out of their duties as employees and Permitted Contractors in the service of the Customer.
