Private Development definition

Private Development means any development carried out by an individual;
Private Development means a building project that is funded by private funds, except where the Private Developer is in partnership with the City.
Private Development means, collectively, the acquisition, construction and installation of a banquet center facility having a seating capacity for approximately 200 persons, including a retail bakery and coffee shop therein having approximately 1,500 square feet (together with the related real estate, demolition of buildings, site preparation and appurtenant facilities), all of which is to be accomplished within or upon the Development Area in two phases by the Developer in accordance with the Site Development Plans as follows:

More Definitions of Private Development

Private Development means the development or redevelopment of privately-owned buildings as part of the Redevelopment Project, including residential and commercial uses.
Private Development means land or property development undertaken on private property; plot of land, etc. and not located within the city right-of-way.
Private Development means a developer installed project in which the cumulative landscape area of the development project is evaluated to determine applicability with the Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance.
Private Development means, collectively, the following facilities to be acquired, constructed and installed in one or more phases by the Developer: (i) the office building having not less than 45,000 square feet to be located within or upon part of Block 1 of the Development Area (the “Office Building One”); (ii) if constructed, the office building having not less than 40,000 square feet to be located within or upon part of Block 2 of the Development Area (the “Office Building Two”); and (iii) if constructed, any other free standing building or structure to be located within the Development Area designed and intended to be devoted exclusively to the retail sale of goods, wares or merchandise (a “Retail Facility”).
Private Development means the new development initiated and completed by Lender consisting of the land and improvements located at 803 S. Main Street, Moscow, Idaho as defined in the Agreement which generates additional assessed value and ad valorem taxes in excess of the base value, and for purposes of this Note is fifty percent (50%) of the revenue allocation (tax increment) funds actually received specifically from the land and improvements located at 803 S. Main Street, Moscow, Idaho.
Private Development means any new construction or addition to an existing development or building on private property, whether residential or commercial, not owned by a public entity with Building Development Costs equal to or greater than $250,000.00; excluding private residential projects creating four (4) or fewer units.
Private Development means the existing hotel facility and the existing restaurant facility (including the related real estate and appurtenant facilities) which have been acquired, constructed and installed (or caused to be done) in one or more phases by the Developer within the Development Area (collectively, the "Existing Private Development"), together with any future expansion or addition to the existing hotel facility which may be acquired, constructed and installed (or caused to be done) in one or more phases by the Developer within the Development Area on or after the effective date of this Agreement (collectively, the "Future Private Development").
