Determination Price means, in respect of each Unit:
Determination Price means the average of the closing sales prices of the Company's Common Stock as reported on the New York Stock Exchange Composite Transactions List for each of the 20 consecutive trading days immediately preceding the fifth trading day prior to the Closing Date (as defined in the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated September 10, 1997 among the Company, a Company Subsidiary and the Target).

More Definitions of Determination Price

Determination Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Notes.
