Official Closing Price definition

Official Closing Price means the price or level of the underlying stocks as at the close of business on the Start Date/Strike Date and each Anniversary Date.
Official Closing Price means on any day, the official closing price of a Share.
Official Closing Price means, in respect of a Reference Asset, the official closing price or level of the relevant Reference Asset on the Relevant Exchange Business Day quoted on the Relevant Exchange as at the Valuation Time as determined by the Issuer.

More Definitions of Official Closing Price

Official Closing Price means: the official closing price on the Trading Market as reported to the Consolidated Tape immediately preceding the delivery by the Company of a VWAP Purchase Notice or an Intraday VWAP Purchase Notice (as applicable) under this Agreement (and as defined in Section 312.04(j) of the NYSE Listed Company Manual).
Official Closing Price means the official closing price as calculated in accordance with the rules and regulations of the New York Stock Exchange.
Official Closing Price means, in relation to the Shares and any Exchange Business Day, the price of the Shares at the Valuation Time on the Exchange on that Exchange Business Day, as published by the Exchange;
Official Closing Price of the Common Stock means the official closing price on the Principal Market as reported to the consolidated tape.
Official Closing Price of the Shares means the official closing price on the New York Stock Exchange immediately preceding the signing of a binding agreement to issue the securities. For example, if the transaction is signed after the close of the regular session at 4:00 pm Eastern Time on a Tuesday, then Tuesday’s official closing price is used. If the transaction is signed at any time between the close of the regular session on Monday and the close of the regular session on Tuesday, then Monday’s official closing price is used.
Official Closing Price means an amount, with respect to an Index, subject to adjustment in accordance with Product Condition 4, equal to the official level of that Index, as published by the Index Sponsor as defined in Annex A;
